Project Overview
The Clearwater homeowners were avid entertainers who wanted a dedicated outdoor cooking and dining space that could handle everything from weeknight dinners to large parties. The existing covered patio provided the perfect anchor point.
We designed a 14-foot BBQ island with built-in gas grill, side burner, sink, and under-counter refrigerator, all topped with polished granite. A pergola extension was added to shade the dining area, complete with a ceiling fan and recessed lighting.
Across the patio, a circular fire pit surrounded by built-in bench seating creates a secondary gathering zone. The entire space is connected by travertine pavers that match the home's existing walkways, creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor flow.
